s·a·e·s shall not be liable for any breach of which you were aware but did not notify s·a·e·s of, if such breach could have been remedied, had s·a·e·s known of such breach.
Course Rules and Rules of Conduct
The student taking part in a course offered by s·a·e·s agrees to comply with the course rules and the s·a·e·s rules of conduct, details of which will be sent to you together with the course materials and / or given to the student on arrival. The purpose of these rules is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students and to create an effective learning environment. Parents are therefore asked to ensure that students are aware of these rules and the importance of following them.
In the event of a serious or repeated failure on behalf of a student to follow the course rules and the rules of conduct, s·a·e·s may ask the student to leave the course if, in the opinion of s·a·e·s, the behaviour of the student is adversely affecting the safety and wellbeing of other students or interfering with the learning of others.
Changes to Activities and Timetable
s·a·e·s will not be liable for any changes to the course which may become necessary for reasons which are outside of s·a·e·s’ control. However, s·a·e·s is keen to ensure that your course meets your expectations. If an activity or other service offered by s·a·e·s has to be cancelled s·a·e·s will use its reasonable endeavours to offer a suitable alternative or make changes to the itinery to enable the lesson, activity or trip to take place at another time or another day.
s·a·e·s recommends that you take out appropriate travel insurance for your trip.
Please contact s·a·e·s if you would like any help arranging insurance or if you are unsure about insurance cover.
